Product Images and Product Information
All product images are typically representative of the product and may not be an exact facsimile of the product being ordered.
Due to manufacturing process, colours and specification of the products may vary from those shown.
Due to the vagaries of the display medium, actual colours may vary from those shown.
As a natural product, wood is pre-disposed to the occurrence of visual variations in veneer colour texture and grain pattern. Accordingly doors should be purchased for a project as a “batch” to limit the degree of variation that unavoidably occurs, as we are unable to control the natural diversity of colour/texture/grain pattern from door to door.
From time to time it may be necessary to vary the type of finish used on pre-finished doors, therefore it must be accepted as a factor that can contribute towards a colour/texture/grain pattern variance/disparity.
The product information and prices on the Website are accurate at the time of publication, and may be subject to change without prior notice. Inadvertent errors and inaccuracies may occur during population of/updating of the site content.
Transactions are implicitly entered into on the basis of acceptance of the above disclaimers, and corresponding agreement that Doors To You cannot be held liable for any consequential losses arising as a result of inaccurate information published on the Website.
Payment
Doors To You accept most Major UK Debit and Credit cards via the PayPal Payment Gateway.
Bank transfer payments may be accepted but Doors To You reserve the right to decline this payment method. Notwithstanding, it should be noted that the purchaser is responsible for any Bank transfer costs. All goods must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Failure to so do will result in non-delivery.
Time of Essence
Doors to You will not be held liable for any losses resulting from failure to deliver at the originally appointed time. Time shall not be of essence unless formally agreed in writing.
All deliveries are to the nearest accessible kerbside and it is the receivers/purchasers responsibility to have adequate able-bodied persons available to arrange movement of the goods from there.
Failed/Aborted Delivery
All transactions are entered into on the understanding that the purchaser (or authorised proxy) will be present and able to accept delivery of the products at the specified address/location on the agreed date of delivery. If delivery fails because the purchaser (or authorised proxy) is absent or unable/unwilling to accept delivery to the specified delivery address on the agreed date of delivery an additional charge may be levied by Doors To You to cover the cost of a subsequent repeat delivery - PLEASE REFER TO “DELIVERY” SECTION
Inspection Upon Receipt of Goods
It is the purchaser’s (or authorised proxy’s) responsibility to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Unless the goods are rejected at the point of delivery, and valid reasons for the rejection are communicated in writing to Doors To You, the purchaser (or authorised proxy) shall be deemed to have formally and unconditionally accepted the goods as delivered and arrived “entirely fit for purpose” - PLEASE REFER TO “DELIVERY” SECTION
