RETURNS POLICY
The original purchaser must notify DOORS TO YOU either in writing [ i.e. by Email ] or by Telephone, the reason for the return, within 48 hours of receipt of the door(s) and/or ancillary product(s).
The door(s) or ancillary product(s) must be in its/their original packaging, unused and in the same condition that they were signed for when initially received.
If this criteria is satisfactorily met, "Uplift" charges, based on utilising the LPD Home Delivery Service*, are as follows:
1 door @£45.00 inc VAT
2 doors @£55.00 inc VAT
3 doors @£70.00 inc VAT
4 doors @£80.00 inc VAT
5 doors @£90.00 inc VAT
6+ doors TBC on request
Ancillary products TBC on request
NB - surcharges may apply dependent on initial delivery Postcode - surcharges applicable on the original delivery will be applicable on returns and uplifts
In the event of FREE delivery initially applying, the Collection and Restocking [ “Uplift” ] charge will be individually calculated based on the above and advised for formal consent by the purchaser prior to any Uplift occurring.
Once the doors are collected by LPD, on arrival at the warehouse, they will be fully inspected and validated that they are "as new" and therefore fit for resale, following which a refund will be actioned by DOORS TO YOU for the amount formally agreed and approved by the purchaser prior to effecting collection.
Purchasers have the option to arrange for the return of the door(s) using a transportation/courier service of their choosing, however, will correspondingly be liable for any damages occurring during transit.
If the door(s) is(are) defective/damaged upon delivery, on receipt of photographic evidence corroborating the same, and on the proviso the defect/damage occurred prior to receipt [ i.e. in transit ] it(they) will be exchanged for an identical door(s) at no charge to the purchaser.
*Utilising the LPD Home Delivery Service affords peace of mind and "protection", on the basis that once the doors are collected and validated by a representative of LPD, prior to commencing the journey, that they are, “as new", should any damage subsequently occur during transit back to the warehouse, the purchaser has no liability for the same.
